Since Giveaway Day snuck up on me there this year, I've decided to give away a few of my digital patterns. I'll pick five winners and each winner can pick one pattern of their choosing from my Etsy shop. Here's a little sample of what you can choose from:
This is Orion and it's the most popular of all of my patterns. It features giant stars and paper-pieced arrows.
This is Winter Chalet and is part of my Nordic Christmas cross stitch collection.
Itching to be Stitching is the first pattern that I released as an independent pattern (if you'd like to see some of the free patterns that can be found on this blog or in magazines and books please see my full pattern page). And remember, there are more quilt and cross stitch patterns in my shop to choose from if you win!
So I betcha want to know how to enter, right?
You have two
chances but please be sure to leave separate comments for each entry.
Here's what you've got to do:
1. Leave a comment letting me know about your holiday traditions. We celebrate
Christmukkah around these parts, so we've got lots going on.
2. Leave another comment if you are a follower of my blog.
That's it! Two easy-peasy ways to enter! I will close the comments on December 12th and announce the winners here on the blog. International entries are, as always, welcome! Also, please remember that I have comment moderation enabled so if you don't see your comment right away it just means that I haven't had the chance to approve it yet (duplicate comments will be deleted).
Be sure to head on over to Sew Mama Sew to see all of the other wonderful giveaways that you can enter! There are supplies and handmade items to be won!

ReplyDeleteWe switch off between my family and my husband's. At mine, we watch a movie in the morning while we get ready for people to arrive or to head to a friend's. At his we travel to his aunt's house and celebrate with his many, many extended family members! It's a bit chaotic but fun.
ReplyDeleteWe celebrate Christmas, but my favorite tradition is going home and just being with my family.

ReplyDeleteWe like to order a pizza and watch Christmas movies in our new Christmas jammies on Christmas eve. :)
ReplyDeleteFrom the time our son was little we have had an Advent Tree on our kitchen island. Every day we would add another ornament. Under the tree is a tiny gift for each member of the family...to be opened on Christmas Eve. When he was small they were usually toys to keep him occupied until 5:00 on Christmas morning. He knew he could play with his new toy until there was a 5 on the clock, meaning there was a small chance that while playing he would doze off. Otherwise he would try to wait for Santa, no matter how many times we told him to go to sleep, lol. To this day we still give little gifts under the tree on Christmas Eve.
ReplyDeleteWe go to midnight mass and then open one gift each before bed!
ReplyDeleteWe have to factor in work schedules, so for us Christmas day can happen in the morning or evening. No matter what time of day, though, we always have lasagna and home-made bread. It's a nice change to the ham we seem to have often at this time of year. Thank you for the chance to win!

ReplyDeleteWe also celebrate "Chrismukkah" :) My favorite tradition is watching The Muppet Christmas Carol movie with my family on Christmas Eve. Happy early Hanukkah!
ReplyDeleteI have two, we always put the tree up on Thanksgiving evening while everyone is here so we can comment on the ornaments as they go up. Each one has a special meaning and someone in the family can tell the tale of where it came from. My second one is staying up until everyone is asleep and turning off all the lights except the ones on the tree. I just sit in the silence and admire how pretty the tree is while thinking about all the wonderful things that have happened during the year.
